As always, keep in mind that healing it is not linear and variation can occur, however, these treatment plans are based not only on our experience but also on the most advanced evidence-based practices in healthcare. We are constantly tweaking and adjusting our approaches to provide our patients with the most efficient and cutting-edge treatment options. Combining chiropractic care with massage therapy has been shown to provide the highest patient satisfaction, so with each care plan we recommend to engage in a round of massage as well. This treatment option is the shortest in duration with the motto of “find it, fix it, leave it alone.” Alleviating people of their discomfort is the first stage in any treatment plan. Typically, these plans last between 6 and 8 visits with a frequency of 2-3 visits per week.
This treatment plan starts with pain management. We then take it one step further to help stretch and strengthen the area that was injured so it is more resilient in the future. For this plan, 12 visits within a month are found to be sufficient.

This is the most heavily researched area of chiropractic treatment and is meant to establish and maintain the 3 healthy curves in our spine. This plan requires 30 visits in a 3-month span. In this time frame, we can expect a minimum of 8 degrees of change. This number can be greatly influenced by the patient’s efforts at home with the exercises prescribed by the doctor.
